Relax. Reconnect. Renew.

A place where strong women can be soft.

Self-care is a radical act of self-preservation. The Mental Wealth Collective was created to provide space for this act through retreats, workshops, and other community-based events.

We are led by therapists, but our wellness philosophy goes beyond the confines of traditional therapy. Spiritual work, physical embodiment, and artistic expression are all integrated into our paths to collective healing.

Who are we?

The Mental Wealth Collective was founded by Monique Dozier and Qi'Shanna Patton, two therapists, mothers, and strong women. They bonded over their passion for creating space for Black women, and this passion drove them to create the MWC. Learn more about our founders and their mission here.

What do we do?

The Mental Wealth Collective hosts workshops, retreats, and other community events that encourage Black women, and strong women in general, to be soft. Relax and release through wellness activities, bonding exercises, and moments of inner work with the guidance of our founders. Join one of our upcoming retreats here.
