What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 3rd. If you'd prefer an earlier check-in time, please call La Quinta Resort directly on Friday morning to make your request. During check-in, resort staff will direct you to the designated parking area. Parking is free during your stay.


Check-out is at 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 5th. If you'd like a late check-out time, please make your request with La Quinta directly on Sunday morning.

What should I pack?

The weather is expected to be 81°F during the retreat. Please refer to the itinerary below to pack appropriately for our scheduled events. If possible, please bring a pair of silk pajamas for the game night. (Also, don't forget to bring sunscreen and a bathing suit if you plan to spend some time by the pool.)

While the retreat schedule has been curated to encourage healing and sisterhood, we have allotted some free time for attendees who wish to explore the resort and other areas of Palm Springs. A list of local cuisine, things to do in the city, and a guide to the resort's offerings will be provided upon arrival. (If you would like to book any spa services at La Quinta, please contact the resort directly ahead of your stay.)
